1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.
We do not accept returns on:
Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects
Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)
2. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Pack the item securely and include your order number inside the package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
3. Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will exchange it at no additional cost.
For exchanges due to a change of mind (e.g., wrong color or size), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and availability is subject to stock.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
